Engineering Of Engineers grow when engineers keep their mind busy in an innovative projects. Dear all, as a founder member of Open Source Robotics Center what called OSRC, I want to share something about my days after engineering. You know what I was very disappointed after engineering because of some reasons what I don't like to share but just sharing here. You know after B.Tech degree all of my classmates, friends, colleagues had their own lot of dreams to do job in MNC's, own business, movies debues, singers, sportsman etc. But I had dream to do something special in field of engineering like own Robotics centers, own research lab for electronics devices and drones, outer space
views, Earth views from space, communications with Aliens, playing with cyber criminals, businessmen, challenges with defense systems etc. Although everything was just like day same as it is how a poor boy see day dream for his wonderful-reach beloved. I tried my best to establish the things as soon as my engineering degree completed but I failed because I was not aware well regarding financial situation of my family.
One side my family members were thinking that I make good money to feed my family and make them wealthiest among village families another side I was thinking that after last day of my engineering I will ask my father to provide me fund to establish electronics cum
automation R&D. But after waiting of next couples of day my family members were started to ask about my interviews in different companies and job with package. After sometimes I started to smell that financial condition of my family is going bad and I need to do job. I had no proper preparation of interviews because I had not secured good marks in my 12th standard of previous education. That's why I was thinking to establish R & D center and do research. After couples of month my father requested me to do any of job urgently otherwise all family member will die due to hungry of foods as they sold their everything for my education such as agricultural field, vehicles, shops, mom's
jewelleries and all. Even my father took lot of money from his close relatives and given to me so that I can complete my education successfully but I had none of these ideas previously because every of my family member keeping hide to me everything. When I not received money to pay room rent of 2-3 month in Chennai, my father told me please get some job. Then I told to my father that I need extra coaching in software programing field so that I can land in a good company with good package. Anyhow he paid again approx INR 30 K for coaching. After receiving money me and my friend cached up a bus heading to Banglore. We went there and joined JLC(Java Learning Center). We were studying well and
attending every single classes keeping in mind that after 6 month of course we will get job. Meanwhile some of my friend suggested me to visit Delhi as there is interview going on in electronics cum automation field. I requested and told all about my situation and need of job to my friend and went to Delhi leaving my him in Bangalore only. He told let me know if good company is there. Sometimes I think and cry that it was biggest mistake of my life as I paid 45K as security ding deposit but got nothing except 2 and half month of training 2-3 hours daily. My family was passing through too financial condition that I sold by 42k valued laptop in 11k only and paid money to my room mates and
purchased two express train tickets and went to Bombay. In Bombay, my cousine helped me lot and ask his director to provide me a job. The director of Global PET industries called me for an interviews ans provided me a job of 15k per month. When I got my first salary of 14.5k, I quickly sent to my father so that they purchase something for food and other household things. Everyone at my home were crying that at least I got job. I can't say but I am saying you all guys an engineer I am failed everywhere. I run that job as a service cum automation engineer to 1.8 years and switched carrier to web developer. I worked as a front end developer for 1-1.5 years the switched company and got job as
back end developer at pay scale of 24 k per month. Meanwhile I lost my great father on 13th july 2018. This incidence broken me totally. After 2-3 month of struggle I got another job as a full stack developer at pay scale of 28 k per month. Still I am working in the same company with CTC 4.5 lacs per annum. Struggling still going on but I am not tired , still I am having all of my dream alive in my eyes. Everyday I think about etablishment of Robotics centers, Open Source Robotics Centers (OSRC) in India where anyone across the country and globe can come and do whatever research, R & D they want to do in field of robotics, AI(Artificial Intelligence), IoT(Internet of Things), Machine
Learning, Deep Learning, Hacking, Machineries, Industries etc.
As of name Open Source Robotics Centers, I want to establish a robotics centers for an open minded engineers, practioners, enthusiasts etc. The place anyone can come and feel like home, own guarage, own lab etc. Everyone can get authority to do any of tech innovative, ongoing projects under the guidelines of seniors, industrialist, businessmens, Governments peoples etc. It must be open for everyone to make whatever they want. I am keen interested to invites all those peoples who is having dream to create, test and launch electricity powered electrical cars, drones, trains, buses, industries machineries, cycles, bikes etc. whatever can run with the help of solar powerd electricity,
sea waves, wind, fraction, dynamo powered elecricity.
Working process of Open Source Robotics Centers is very simple and transparent. Much of the basic fund is arranged by me only what required to run the R & D setup and further funds are getting arranged from different areas by running various type of donation campaign, contributions, fund raising system, equity etc.
Researchers, enthusiast, engineers, businessmen are welcome to support if they can otherwise no problem still they can enroll and work without any hesitation and investments. Everything is free here from living room to heavy investment of machineries, equipments , demo prototypes to all activities. We collect funds from various parts, invest in work, keep record
of every penny to all associated peoples. Any body are authorized to use any part of collected fund for any of their approved/discussed work with top of researchers, colleagues.
We having lot of contacts with businessmen, Government bodies, equity investers etc. who work closely with us. We explained out work, concepts, business and profit figure to them for what they believe in us and work closely.
I hope everyone knows advantages of OSRC whereas I would like to share some of key points.
OSRC is nothing but home for all engineers, students, researchers, enthusiast, businessmen etc.
